Class Descriptions
Land Descriptions Show Descriptions
Zach’s Club 54’s Group Fitness Program welcomes and invites EVERYBODY to participate in our program. We take pride in our program and want your experience in our classes to be a positive one.
STEP I – (Beginner) A step class created especially for beginners in a non-intimidating and first-time friendly atmosphere. This class offers basic step introduction, easy to follow choreography and slower paced music, emphasis on form and proper execution of movements. No experience necessary.
STEP II – (All fitness levels) Our traditional step class with a longer cardio segment and more challenging moves and step patterns. Great for building cardiovascular endurance, this class will challenge the beginner and the advanced participant. Class concludes with strength training.
STEP N FLEX – (All fitness levels) This class is packed with power!!! Fun step combinations followed with strength and resistance training for the entire body, intervals may be used to boost cardio and muscular fitness. Be prepared for a fun and powerful workout.
TURBO KICK™ – (All fitness levels) A great class to achieve total fitness! This class combines athletic moves, sports drills, hip-hop flavor and so much more! You’ll come back for more AGAIN and AGAIN. Take your Kickboxing to another level with TURBO KICK™
CARDIO CHALLENGE – (Intermediate/Advanced) Join us for a combined hour of Athletic Step, Kickboxing, Weight Resistance and Core Training for a total body challenge!
REP REEBOK – (All fitness levels) This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – AND FAST!
BELOW THE BELT - (All fitness levels) This class is targeted towards toning for the legs, glutes, abs, and lower back. Come join us and have a great time!
EXPRESS ABS - (All fitness levels) This class provides wellness training focused on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class is based on abdominal training. Please see schedule for class duration.
PILATES COMBO – (All fitness levels) Resistance/Core training combined with a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind. Shape and Sculpt long lean muscles and focus on improving flexibility and strength. This class will leave you refreshed with a feeling of physical and mental well-being.
YOGA – (All fitness levels) Take your mat-type training to the next level with more advanced movements that effectively intertwines both flexibility and strength. This class will provide a stimulating blend of challenging strength and flexibility movements while building muscular power and joint flexibility. The focus is core, body function, balance and mobility along with body strength, definition, endurance and power.
ZUMBA – (All fitness levels) Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! You don't have to know how to dance to enjoy Zumba. The fun and easy format keeps you coming back and helps you stick to you fitness program.
Cycling Descriptions Show Descriptions
CLUB 54 CYCLING – (All fitness levels) Join the team and take the road. Endurance and Strength will be tested as you ride through rolling hills, climb steep cliffs and jump boulders. Try Karaoke Cycling! Work at your own pace.
*ROOKIE CYCLING – (All fitness levels) Learn to ride in this 30-minute starter class. Class will provide proper bike set up along with a great beginner workout.
